SlipGuard processes personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

From customers: the slip image you upload and the details printed on it (names, masked account numbers, amount, date, reference). From businesses: account holder names, bank details, and login emails. From enquiries: the contact details you submit.

Why

To verify transfers for the business you are paying, to detect fraud and slip re-use, and to keep an audit trail of confirmations.

Who can see it

Slip images are stored privately. Only the business you paid (and its authorised staff) can view them, through short-lived secure links. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Slip evidence is kept for as long as the business account is active, or as required for fraud investigation and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting nsrichawlkol@gmail.com.
