Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms apply to businesses that use SlipGuard and to customers who submit transfer slips through a SlipGuard payment page.

1. What SlipGuard does

SlipGuard checks transfer slips submitted by customers. A slip that passes verification is not proof that money was received. The business must confirm receipt in its own bank account. SlipGuard is never liable for goods or services released before such confirmation.

2. Business accounts

Accounts are created by SlipGuard only. Businesses must keep login details secret, provide accurate bank details, and are responsible for actions taken by their staff.

3. Customer obligations

Uploading a forged, edited or previously used slip is fraud and may be reported to the business and to the authorities. Customers must upload the original, uncropped slip from their banking app.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or bypass the verification service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Payment pages for suspended businesses become unavailable.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, SlipGuard's liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
